Job Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager (Digital Marketing) to join our team in the UK. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and has experience in managing client accounts. As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with clients to deliver high-quality campaigns, monitor their success, and find new ways to drive results. This role is open to candidates based in or near Chiswick, London or the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and act as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns and ensure they meet client objectives.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise client campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Advise clients on strategic digital marketing initiatives to achieve long-term success.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or account management, ideally in an agency setting.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics platforms.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Must be based in or near Chiswick, London (or surrounding areas).
