Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic result driven Boutique Sales Associate for our Flagship Boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and service KPI’s, enhancing customer satisfaction and creating a memorable customer experience. You will be accountable for the delivery of beauty services and sharing product knowledge to drive brand and product loyalty. Other responsibilities include implementing merchandising strategies, planning and executing customer events as well as managing and developing the in-store team. As a small team, the ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, alongside Retail and Office Teams. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task!
