Grace Inspired Living in Telford, PA is hiring CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant for Full Time and Part Time positions. We are seeking dedicated CNAs to join our team and provide compassionate care to residents.

• Provide direct care to residents and perform essential nursing skills as directed by our experienced staff.
• Report at the start of shift with pocket care plans/worksheet to receive shift report.
• Prioritize care with coworkers in the assigned neighborhood based on resident needs.
• Regular attendance is an essential function.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mouth care, toileting and transfers. Responsible for appropriate documentation of activities.
• Inform the nurse of any findings or observations while caring for residents (e.g., skin tears, bruises, accidents, incidents, change in status).
• Ensure competency by completing state-mandated 12 hours of in-services yearly.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and clutter-free environment to promote safety.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with residents, visitors and staff.
• Attend Resident Care Conference for the neighborhood.
• Assist with vital signs as directed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned in the CNA role.

• Current PA CNA certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program is required.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing/long term care facility is preferred.

• Position: CNA – Full Time and Part Time
• Location: Grace Inspired Living, Telford, PA
• Shift differentials may apply for Evening, Night and Weekend shifts.
