Responsibilities

  • Operate and run the designated machine according to the production schedule.
  • Maintain and improve health, safety, and environmental procedures.

  • Input data accurately in the production system.

We are a traditional family run business with sites across Europe, manufacturing the highest quality injection moulded goods to our extensive customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Ensuring the designated machine is operated and run in accordance with the required production schedule.

Maintaining and striving to improve the company’s current health, safety and environmental procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visually inspect the machine running and ensure that production is in accordance with the “First Off” sample provided beside the machine and as signed off by the Shift Leader.
  • Carry out the daily preventative maintenance, cleaning and inspection routine of the tool and the machine.
  • Start and stop the machine if there are any quality issues affecting production.
  • Fully support all activities associated with the machine, such as colour, foil, stamp and material changes and quality testing.
  • Provide the correct data input in the Hydra production system and in any manual recordings/documentation.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety rules and guidelines as notified.

Working Pattern:

You will be working on the Panama Continental Shift pattern, which consists of 12-hour shifts alternating between days and nights, including weekends and bank holidays.
