Overview

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time positions. CNAs earn $22.00/hour plus evening, night, and weekend differentials. Current PA CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, performing basic nursing skills as assigned in accordance with current aide training curriculum.
• Complete assignments in a timely manner and document accurately in applicable care records.
• Identify safety hazards, emergencies, and resident problems and report them immediately to the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor.
• Review Care Plans, participate in resident care conferences, and assist in revising the plan of care when appropriate.
• Follow admissions, transfers, and discharges procedures and adhere to infection control and HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in restorative nursing processes as outlined by Rockhill procedures.
• Participate in orientation of new CNAs and serve on committees or special projects as directed.
• Attend meetings and complete required Relias in-services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program; current Pennsylvania CNA license is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow directives, prioritize tasks, and maintain a cooperative attitude; willingness to learn.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care to the elderly.
• Ability to comply with organizational privacy and security policies in line with HIPAA.
