Overview

Join our team as a Part Time Personal Care Waitstaff Lead. Hours: 4pm-7pm including every other weekend. Salary: $14.50/HR.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of kitchen duties as directed by the supervisor, in compliance with Company policies and procedures, and for leading waitstaff in their designated job tasks as directed by the Healthcare Dining Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Direct waitstaff meetings prior to dinner service to ensure familiarity with the menu and any changes.
• Ensure waitstaff complete pre-service responsibilities accurately and appropriately.
• Assist waitstaff with meal service, ensuring residents’ diets and preferences are met.
• Perform table touches with residents to review meal service experiences.
• Assist waitstaff in correcting any issues with residents’ meals.
• Ensure waitstaff complete post-service responsibilities accurately and appropriately.
• Check expiration dates on products daily and discard items that are out of date.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments as scheduled or as assigned by the manager.
• Attend scheduled meetings and in-services.
• Adhere to department dress standards.
• Be available to fill in a waitstaff position as needed due to call outs.

Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 1-2 years prior waitstaff experience
