If you are eager, ready to learn, enthusiastic, and collaborative then Techys2u is the perfect place for you.In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**A Typical Day in the Job:*** Assist with troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, and networks* Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment* Respond to service desk requests and provide first-line support to users* Help monitor system performance and report any potential issues* Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, fixes, and asset records* Work closely with experienced engineers to learn best practices and improve technical skills* Contribute to routine security checks and ensure systems meet organisational standards* Participate in training and work towards achieving industry-recognised IT qualificationsFull training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge*** Passion for technology and willingness to learn.* Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.* Good communication and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work as part of a team.* Grade 4 in GSCE Maths & Grade 5 in GSCE English.**Salary, Hours&Benefits:*** £15,600 per annum.* 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm* 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.* Birthday off.This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support.
