  • Review account coverage and oversee outreach efforts, developing existing clients through cross‑sale and up‑sell
  • Recommend and execute policies for sales activities
  • Identify business opportunities for new product development through market and client exposure, in partnership with specialists and pre‑sales
  • Collaborate with marketing and product strategy teams to drive sales initiatives
  • Drive continuous service improvement for revenue production and retention
  • Mentor and develop sales professionals to meet short‑term targets and long‑term goals
