A leading beverage alcohol data firm in London is seeking a Research Analyst to join their Consumer Data Team. This hybrid role involves analyzing complex datasets, supporting research projects, and delivering actionable insights. Ideal candidates have a strong market research background, proficiency in statistical tools, and excellent communication skills. The position offers generous time off, a flexible work environment, and ample growth opportunities.
IWSR is the global authority on beverage alcohol data and intelligence
For over 50 years, IWSR has been trusted by the leaders of global beverage alcohol businesses as an integral part of their strategic planning and decision-making processes. We uniquely combine our proprietary longitudinal market data, consumer insights and AI‑enhanced data science, with valuable on‑the‑ground human intelligence in 160 markets worldwide, to decipher what is really happening in the global beverage alcohol market. With access to our data, clients from across the drinks industry, including multinational spirits, beer, and wine businesses; packaging and ingredient manufacturers; distributors; and financial institutions, plan their strategies and future investment with a reliable, consistent and complete understanding of the global landscape.
The IWSR Consumer Data Team is the heart of the IWSR Group’s world‑leading consumer behaviour and attitude insights offering. In 2025, this team was responsible for designing, collecting and analysing over 250,000 interviews about consumer drinking habits in around 34 consumption markets around the world.
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑orientated Research Analyst to join our Consumer Data Team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for understanding consumer behaviour and delivering actionable insights within the global beverage alcohol industry. Detail orientation and demonstrable commitment to excellence are essential, and while existing skills are of course very welcome, successful candidates in this role in the past who are now at more senior levels within the business did not necessarily arrive with all the toolkit.
