Job summary
A digital media organisation is seeking a Business Partner for People and Culture to provide strategic HR support. The role requires fluency in Welsh and involves building strong relationships across the organization while promoting fairness and inclusion in the workplace. Candidates should have experience in HR and be ready to lead initiatives around Wellbeing and Equality. This position is based in Carmarthen/Cardiff with a salary of £43,970 per annum and a 12-month contract.
