A leading UK law firm in Bournemouth is seeking a proactive P&C Operations Manager to oversee their People services. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, manage payroll and benefits, and coach a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in P&C operations, strong expertise in payroll, and abilities in team leadership.
