  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to HR professionals and business leaders.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
