A leading thermal processing company in Macclesfield is seeking an HR Operations & Administration Specialist to ensure compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will maintain people data, support payroll, and deliver HR initiatives to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. As the HR Operations & Administration Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Partnering with the Head of HR and HRBPs, you’ll maintain accurate people data, support payroll and benefits, and deliver HR initiatives that keep the business running efficiently. You’ll take ownership of HR administration, reporting, and compliance, directly impacting the effectiveness of the HR function.
This role is based in Macclesfield, with hybrid expectations. Some travel may be required.
