A financial services company located in Greater London seeks an experienced HR professional to manage employee lifecycle processes and resolve complex HR issues. Candidates should have HR experience supporting EMEA regions, be proficient in HRIS software like Workday, and possess strong communication skills. The role requires managing onboarding, off-boarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with in-country procedures. This fixed-term, full-time position offers growth and career opportunities in a dynamic environment.
In this role you will manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, contract variations, off‑boarding, leave of absence and standard employee relations cases. You will resolve complex transactions as well as troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues which often include cross‑organizational teams. You will serve as the subject matter expert for EMEA and APAC within the Global HR Service Center, partnering with COEs for transaction or issue resolution.
Manage leave of absence cases from end‑to‑end, including but not limited to:
Provide employee & leader query management relating to employment policies that have been assessed by the HR Contact Center as requiring subject‑matter expertise to resolve.
