Salary: £32,000
Commission: 1st year OTE £50,000, 2nd year OTE £75,000. Unlimited earning potential; people in year three have earned £200K+.
Location: Bank, City of London
- Conduct research via telephone referencing and interviews
- Spot top talent pools and industry performances
- Perform market mapping
- Speak with prospective hires and provide them with information about clients and current demands
- Create competitor analyses
- Call references to find out more about potential candidates and businesses
- Establish a strong network of market sources
- Find and establish new client connections – full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients
- Develop a thorough understanding of your market
