Recruitment Advisor – Full‑time, Entry level

Agincare is a family‑run care provider with over 4,500 staff across the UK. We are looking for a driven Recruitment Advisor to join our team and help source and secure top talent to support our care services.

What you’ll be doing
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand both immediate and future recruitment needs across the business.
  • Create clear, engaging job adverts that reflect the opportunity and attract high‑quality candidates.
  • Use a mix of sourcing strategies – from job boards to direct outreach – to connect with the right people.
  • Conduct phone screenings and video interviews, assessing motivation, fit and potential.
  • Extend offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring every requirement is met smoothly.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate, real‑time records in our ATS to support efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering guidance while ensuring recruitment best practices are followed.
About you
  • People person at heart, with a background in customer service or a similar fast‑paced, people‑focused role.
  • Energetic, efficient and able to juggle multiple priorities with a smile.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident, clear and comfortable speaking to a wide range of people.
  • Organised, proactive and takes pride in delivering a positive experience to everyone you interact with.
  • Team player who can also take initiative when needed.
  • Recruitment experience is a bonus, but drive, attitude and commitment to doing a great job are essential.
