Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an entry level Research and Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting extensive research and assisting in the recruitment process to identify, engage, and evaluate potential candidates for our clients.

There is never a “perfect mould” for what makes a good recruitment consultant, if you are prepared to work hard and adapt as you learn then recruitment could be the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Research and Sourcing: Conduct research and sourcing activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, job boards and candidate referrals.
  • Consultant Candidates: We work globally often moving candidates across different cost of living and taxation systems. So, it’s important to be able to build a relationship of mutual trust.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen and assess candidate CVs, applications, and portfolios to determine their suitability for specific job requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to discuss career opportunities, gauge interest, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Confidence in picking up the phone with the view of building relationships with candidates. This is key to generate a high output in recruitment which results in increased commission.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay fully organised.
  • Experience in sales or a sales background is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ethical and professional conduct with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
