A leading SaaS company in the UK is seeking an experienced HR professional for a temporary maternity cover role. What would you do to drive our success?
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR professional for a temporary maternity cover role, initially foreseen as three days per week, from March to September 2026. You will be a vital member of our People team, ensuring the stability of our day-to-day HR operations while also collaborating on key Compensation & Benefits projects across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and the UK.
This is a dynamic and comprehensive role. You will collaborate closely with our People & Fleet Coordinator, Office & Culture Coordinator, and People Business Partners. You will act as a central expert for operational matters and drive specific projects related to rewards, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.
Note: This is a very comprehensive role with a wide variety of ad-hoc tasks. The list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and will evolve based on the changing needs of the business.
