Job summary
A leading NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is looking for a self-motivated and organized Endoscopy Booking and Scheduling Clerk. The role involves managing patient scheduling, liaising with medical staff, and performing clerical duties. Ideal candidates should have previous experience in a healthcare environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary of £24,937 - £26,598 per annum (pro rata) and is essential to ensure smooth operational functions within the Endoscopy Department.
Qualifications
- Previous waiting list management experience.
- Experience working in an acute hospital setting.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Adding patients to the Waiting List module.
- Booking patients into clinic lists.
- Liaising with consultants regarding case-mix.
