• A minimum of 2 years' experience at band 6.
• Experience and management within Gynae Oncology.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the patient's clinical journey along agreed patient care pathways.
• Provide clinical leadership, expertise, advice and support to the nursing team.
• Support and develop staff to meet service requirements.

Skills

RN (Adult) qualification with current NMC Registration

High level of interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership and team working skills

Excellent organisational skills

Education

Degree in nursing or health related subject

Specialist post registration nursing qualifications
