A leading automotive retailer in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Parts Sales Advisor to join their team. In this full-time permanent role, you will identify parts for vehicles and fulfill customer orders through various channels while providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a parts role within the motor trade and possess strong communication skills. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our team at Birmingham Parts Plus! This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a basic salary of £28,928.90
Day to day you will be: accurately identifying Parts for specific vehicles, fulfilling Customer orders via the Phone, Email and Customer App, building strong relationships with both new and existing Customers. You will provide a high level of Customer service and support to our customers.
