We have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our team at Birmingham Parts Plus! This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a basic salary of £28,928.90

Day to day you will be: accurately identifying Parts for specific vehicles, fulfilling Customer orders via the Phone, Email and Customer App, building strong relationships with both new and existing Customers. You will provide a high level of Customer service and support to our customers.

The successful candidate will be:

• A confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally
• Have a good telephone manner
• Experience in a Parts role within the motor trade is essential to be considered
