Role Overview

The role is to support each child on an individual learning adventure. Successful candidates may also take on an additional position of academic leadership at the school.

Key Stage 1 class teachers are foundational members of our academic team, developing pupils as they transition from Early Years into the demanding academic challenges of Key Stage 1 and preparing them for Key Stage 2. We strive to inspire genuine curiosity, self‑esteem and confidence.

All class teachers are supported by a full‑time Assistant Teacher who helps prepare lessons, mark work and support the learning needs of the class. Specialist teachers are available for Computing, Spanish, Drama, Music, Art and Sports.
