We are now looking for a H&S Advisor to join our EHS team in Broughton on a full time, permanent basis; continue reading to find out more!**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE*** Provide guidance to all levels of management on health, safety, and environmental (EHS) legislation and best practices.* Support operational management in assessing and controlling the compliance and risks associated with their activities.* Conduct and advise on risk assessments to identify hazards and develop effective control measures across various operational areas.* Investigate work-related incidents (near-misses, injuries, environmental issues), determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.* Help implement and review our health and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) to drive continuous improvement in our safety culture.**ABOUT YOU*** You have previous experience working in a health and safety role, ideally with experience in machine and equipment safety.* Hold a NEBOSH diploma* You are effective at communicating, engaging, and training diverse audiences on complex EHS topics.* You can conduct internal audits and inspections and prepare comprehensive reports on performance, trends, and key metrics.* You are proactive in keeping up-to-date with changes in EHS legislation and industry best practices.****HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU****Many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time.
