Job summary
An environmental consultancy in the UK is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to enhance financial planning and analysis processes within the organization. The position involves significant stakeholder engagement and advanced data analysis to influence strategic decisions. Candidates should hold a full qualification in finance with several years of relevant experience and proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modelling. This hybrid role requires one day per week in the South Manchester office, offering a key opportunity to mentor junior analysts and shape the future of FP&A.
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting or analytical finance roles.
- Proven experience in leading financial planning processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Shape how financial planning and analysis is conducted within the Group.
- Lead advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Mentor junior finance colleagues and improve FP&A delivery.
