A Facilities Management Company located in Faringdon seeks an organized Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment process. This role involves screening CVs, initial candidate interviews, and coordinating interviews. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Recruitment Lead and assisting with the recruitment process, from reviewing applications through to initial candidate screening and interview coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills and is confident screening CVs and speaking with candidates on the phone. Training can be provided for the right candidate so if you’re confident on the phone and looking to start your career in recruitment, we want to hear from you!
