A leading insurance provider in Eastleigh is seeking a passionate Customer Operations Insurance Specialist to deliver excellent customer service. The role involves problem resolution, processing scheme renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with intermediaries. Ideal candidates will have experience in administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The position offers a starting salary of £25,400 plus benefits including generous pension and bonuses, making it an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals.

Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours (with options for part time working - minimum 28 hours)
Working Hours: 9.00 – 17.00, Monday – Friday
