A community interest organization in Coventry is seeking a passionate Mental Health & Alternative Provision Lead to deliver impactful mental health interventions and sports-based activities for young people. You will create safe environments, facilitate sessions, and support youth development. Ideal candidates possess strong skills in behaviour management and communication, along with relevant qualifications and experience. This part-time role offers a salary range of £25,000–£29,000 per year (pro rata), within a supportive team environment.

The Mental Health & Alternative Provision Lead is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating high‑quality mental health intervention sessions and alternative provision sessions for young people who are disengaged or at risk of exclusion. This role blends wellbeing education, basketball coaching and personal development mentoring to help young people improve their wellbeing, behaviour, confidence, and sense of belonging.
You will lead sessions that combine:
Part‑time (0.6 FTE), Permanent
£25,000.00‑£29,000.00 per year (pro rata)
24 per week
