What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide technical design support to project teams and deliver successful projects in accordance with client requirements.
  • Take on the role of team leader, working flexibly and independently, supporting the project leader and efficiently managing one’s own time.
  • Manage and supervise technical project teams, and liaise with client and contractor.
  • Organise and coordinate Design Teams and sub‑contractors.
  • Handle tasks required on the day‑to‑day delivery of projects at all stages, including production of design deliverables, providing accurate technical information, addressing technical queries, Site Inspections, condition surveys, monitoring delivery, and identifying proposed design changes that could impact fees, change controls, or program slippage.
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate:
  • HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or other recognised approved equivalents.
  • Eligible member of an appropriate professional institution (MCIAT or a recognised approved equivalent).
  • Understanding of Building Regulations and relevant technical design guidance.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and Navisworks to achieve project delivery to Level 2 BIM (Building Information Modelling).
  • Ability to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC).
