Job summary
A recruitment company is seeking a BIM Manager to support the Project Engineering Manager in implementing and managing BIM methodology. Responsibilities include defining operational rules, organizing BIM activities, and ensuring quality deliverables. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in BIM management and civil engineering, along with strong knowledge of major BIM software. This position is in Portsmouth, UK.
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge and experience in civil and railway mechanical design.
- Must have 5+ years of production experience in design, drafting or engineering.
- Must have experience of current and historic BIM standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Engineering Manager in implementing and managing the BIM methodology.
- Define BIM operational rules and guidelines in the BIM Execution Plan.
- Organize and manage the BIM activities for the project.
