What you'll be doing

  • Lead the site equipment reliability improvement strategy by identifying and managing current and future asset reliability risks.
  • Provide data analysis for repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
  • Facilitate reliability workshops to review the preventive maintenance (PM) plan for all assets.
  • Analyse the life‑cycle cost of maintaining the asset portfolio versus repair costs and prioritise efforts.
  • Maintain a risk register for key assets to support repair/replacement projects in the annual Capital Plan.
  • Develop spares criticality analysis, forecast requirements, and optimise stock levels.
  • Train and guide maintenance staff on CMMS adoption.
  • Utilise predictive/condition based methods to isolate inherent reliability problems.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with full asset care strategies, including maintenance workflow, reliability, FMEA, TPM.
  • Knowledge of reliability performance indicators (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, failure rates).
  • Experience in leading manufacturing excellence, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and safety‑focused reliability actions.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of reliability tools and techniques.
  • Mentoring experience and influence across engineering and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
