A leading global insurance group is looking for an Innovation & AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions. This role involves researching emerging technologies, developing architectural frameworks, and mentoring team members. Candidates should have extensive experience in AI technologies, architecture, and a background in the insurance industry. The Innovation & AI Architect will be a key member of the Solution Architecture team supporting the Innovation & AI Practice. They will lead the research, architecture, and design activities within the practice, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
This role will focus on leveraging cutting‑edge technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and no-code/low-code platforms (such as PowerApps) to deliver transformative outcomes for Enstar.
Innovation & AI Architect will be working with team members (Business Analysts, Developers and other Architects) and other stakeholders supporting a global practice.
The role is also expected to act in an advisory to the broader architecture team, providing insights, solutions reviews and best practice advice.
