Revit Technician – Anderson Green Ltd

Anderson Green Ltd is a leading privately owned Building Services Consultancy. This permanent vacancy is located in our Nottingham or Leeds Offices with a salary range of £55,000 – £60,000.

Overview

You will have the opportunity to build upon your existing skills, knowledge, and experience of Revit and be supported and encouraged through your professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Building Service Engineers to produce co-ordinated drawings.
• Delivery of projects working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Co-ordination of Building Services using REVIT MEP.
• Create and amend MEP families, objects, tags, and annotations.
• Create legends, schedules, and templates.
• Amend drawings in both Revit MEP & AutoCAD.
• Meet project requirements within specified time‑frames.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current industry regulatory and design standards.
• Give guidance to junior staff and apprentices.
• Follow BIM Protocols.
• Liaise professionally with clients, professional teams, contractors, and staff of all levels.

Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Proficient operator of Revit MEP, CAD/AutoCAD packages, and associated software.
• Background within the MEP industry or similar role.
• Great eye for detail.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative and prioritise duties.
• Organised and able to meet agreed time‑scales.
• Team player, capable of independent work.
• Ideally ONC/HNC in relevant discipline.
