Job summary
A transportation services company in Weybridge is seeking a Car Park Management Operative to assist with managing luggage trolleys and maintaining their cleanliness. The role requires strong customer service skills, flexibility to cover shifts, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Ideal candidates will live locally and demonstrate reliability and a commitment to service excellence. This is a part-time position of 30 hours per week, offering a supportive work environment with wellness programmes.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing abandoned luggage trolleys and maintaining their cleanliness.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide high service standards.
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs to the trolley fleet.
Skills
As part of the Wanzl Car Park Management Team you will be required to assist the collection of abandoned luggage trolleys and ensure that they are quickly returned to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition.
Key Responsibilities- To assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by your immediate Supervisor.
- Onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the trolleys are always in a clean and presentable condition and free of litter.
- Responsible for ensuring you abide by the safe working procedures of a trolley operative
- Dealing with customers including customer complaints, customer services and customer facing duties; referring this to your direct line manager.
- Provide the highest standard of service to our customer minimising and non-productive time.
- Ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled
- To carry out general maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repairs to the trolley fleet on site.
- Compliance to company policies and group management systems
- Please be advised this list is not exhaustive and works in conjunction with any reasonable request made by your direct line manager.
- Must live local to site and be able to get yourself to and from site in line with shift patterns.
- Must be reliable, punctual and customer focused
- Enthusiastic and able to motivate and develop self
- Commitment and Integrity
- Flexible and able to work as part of a team if and when necessary
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to acquire and develop new skills/qualifications if and when necessary
- Be able to provide proof of work or British Citizenship
- Be able to be flexible to cover shifts, sometimes at short notice
- Be part of the emergency call out team on a weekly rota basis
- Provide 5 year checkable history
