Job description
Car Park Management Operative - Weybridge

As part of the Wanzl Car Park Management Team you will be required to assist the collection of abandoned luggage trolleys and ensure that they are quickly returned to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by your immediate Supervisor.
  • Onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the trolleys are always in a clean and presentable condition and free of litter.
  • Responsible for ensuring you abide by the safe working procedures of a trolley operative
  • Dealing with customers including customer complaints, customer services and customer facing duties; referring this to your direct line manager.
  • Provide the highest standard of service to our customer minimising and non-productive time.
  • Ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled
  • To carry out general maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repairs to the trolley fleet on site.
  • Compliance to company policies and group management systems
