Job summary
A global SaaS provider located in London seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment. Key responsibilities include onboarding clients and monitoring account health. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of UK customers.
- Guide clients through onboarding, training, and setup.
- Monitor account health and ensure retention targets are met.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering for customer feedback.
- Conduct regular business reviews to measure value and ROI.
