A leading digital marketing software company in the City of London is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee client utilization of their Omnichannel platform. You will partner with directors to enhance client satisfaction, providing training and support to ensure effective usage of the Skai products. This role requires strong communication skills, a background in client services or digital marketing, and offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office per week.

The Skai Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing client utilisation of the Skai Omnichannel platform. The CSM will partner closely with a Client Success Director to drive clients’ satisfaction and leverage Skai to deliver ROI for online marketing initiatives.
