The Skai Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing client utilisation of the Skai Omnichannel platform. The CSM will partner closely with a Client Success Director to drive clients’ satisfaction and leverage Skai to deliver ROI for online marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do
  • Work to drive client retention in partnership with your CSD
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to clients to enable them to use the Skai platform effectively
  • Assist clients in basic implementation and usage of Skai products
  • Provide technical support and digital marketing best practice
  • Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction
  • Understand clients’ business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine the ideal solution
  • Partner with Skai Client Success Directors to build relationships with client partners
  • Be energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make clients successful
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded
Position Requirements
  • Ability to understand advanced marketing analytics
  • Perform detailed client audits to identify needs or workflow gaps
  • 2+ years experience in client services and/or technical project management, or
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing campaign management (Retail Media or SEM preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to elicit client feedback to drive continuous improvements for the Skai platform
  • Phenomenal communication skills and organised project management
  • Experience collaborating with a team locally and virtually
  • Organised and methodical with excellent time‑management skills
  • Skai platform experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Microsoft Excel and basic technical knowledge (e.g., JavaScript and HTML) is a plus
  • Additional languages, preferably German, are a big bonus
