Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of UK customers.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, training, and setup.
  • Monitor account health and ensure retention targets are met.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering for customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to measure value and ROI.
