Job Title: Catering Assistant - Driving Essential
School Location: Lowes Wong Junior School, NG25 0AA
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts & Working hours: 9.30am-1.45pm (21.3 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Pay Details: £12.21 per hour
AS THIS IS A DRIVING ROLE YOU WILL NEED A CLEAN FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE (you will be using an IFG vehicle)
As a catering assistant that drives you will be supporting with a delivered in service from a main hub school kitchen to a smaller site
- Part of your role will include packing up food in an IFG van, driving the van to a local school, Unloading the food and serving and returning to the original school
- Working as part of the catering team at the site to provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
- Assist in the preparation of food and snacks for the site
- Counter service and till work
- Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
