The Role

As a key member of the sales team, you will be:

  • Greeting prospective customers warmly and assisting with enquiries in a professional, helpful, and efficient manner

  • Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry and show rounds to follow-ups, presentations, and move-ins

  • Conducting home visits as agreed with the Sales Manager to provide tailored support and guidance

  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system

  • Overseeing daily sales progression by following up on enquiries and responding promptly to leads

  • Monitoring and managing the sales process from reservation through to completion and move-in

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors, and Assisted Move Package partners

  • Updating key stakeholders on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities

  • Collaborating closely with village operations, particularly the Village Manager, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

  • Producing timely and accurate weekly and monthly sales reports

  • Assisting in planning, organising, and delivering sales events to showcase the village and attract prospective residents

  • Supporting marketing initiatives and identifying opportunities to promote the village locally

  • Participating in networking activities to increase community engagement and visibility

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming sales suite and office, ensuring a professional environment for customers

Key Requirements
  • Having experience in new home sales, property conveyancing, or sales within a retirement living environment

  • Demonstrating proficiency in database management and maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records

  • Possessing a background in sales or customer service, with an outgoing, friendly, and approachable manner

  • Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Being organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently
