Customer Service Assistant – IT Support Administrator (Night Shift – Sittingbourne)
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Administrator that can provide day‑to‑day support for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Service Desk tickets. This will involve troubleshooting hardware, software and application issues using a ticketing system, enabling our workforce of 750 employees across multiple sites to pick, store and distribute to our customers. You will also facilitate calls and engage at all levels to ensure operational consistency across all shifts. Some occasional weekend or out of hours duties may be scheduled in advance to support work‑life balance.

Required
- A minimum three year’s experience in a similar position.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Service Desk tickets.
- Ensuring accurate and timely resolution of incidents and service requests, in line with SLA’s and KPIs.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software issues.
- Install, configure and maintain desktop, laptops and mobile devices.
- Document incidents and resolutions clearly and accurately.
- Windows Servers, Linux, Networking, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Entra, VMware, vSphere, Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Autopilot, Exchange & Voip.
- Microsoft modern Workplace and Cloud Technologies.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, both on‑premises and Cloud.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery.
- Out of hours support.
- Provide holiday cover for the Group IT Manager.

- Paxton Setup and configuration.
- Manage and implement various IT Systems.
- Ensure that IT equipment is kept up to date, secure, and meets regulatory requirements.
- Support the Group IT Manager with IT projects as required.
