Job summary
A leading care provider is seeking a Senior Quality Manager for Complex Care to oversee care quality and implement improvement initiatives. The role requires a professional qualification in Health and Social Care and at least 3 years of experience in a compliance role. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations. - At least 3 years of experience in a health and social care setting, preferably in a Quality/Compliance role.
- Extensive knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting audit and compliance inspections.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a robust quality assurance and risk management framework.
- Contributing to the development and execution of the business strategy.
- Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
