Role Overview
They're seeking an experienced Print Producer to join their growing team. This role manages all print department projects, ensuring they meet creative briefs, schedules, and budgets. The position reports to the Director of Production and Head of Graphic Production.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Oversee diverse projects from conception to delivery, including key art, OOH campaigns, title treatments, and social assets
- Create briefings and source materials for project initiation
- Manage balanced workload distribution within the print team
- Coordinate internal resources and maintain project schedules
- Organize internal design reviews with Creative Directors
Client Relations & Creative Leadership
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with senior creative leads
- Proactively seek new projects and improve client experience
- Advocate for the team's creative vision
- Support junior team members' growth and development
Operations & Administration
- Create and manage budgets
- Meet profit targets and ensure timely billing
- Handle external facilities booking and purchase orders
- Manage secure client content and project archives
- Ensure deliverables meet required specifications

Working Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits
Their comprehensive package includes:
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (negotiable based on experience)
