Job summary
A leading media company in Greater London is offering a Production Apprentice position for a fixed term of 13 months. The apprentices will support content creation and manage social media platforms among other tasks. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the UK full-time and should have GCSEs in Maths & English. The role offers a competitive salary of £22,950 plus London weighting.

- Maintain and collate internal creator databases.
- Research and report emerging industry trends and platforms.
- Collaborate with events & trade team to plan and deliver Talent Works events.
- Manage social media platforms for Talent Works (Instagram & website).
- Process payments for creators and vendors.
- Provide support to the Head of Talent, Director of Development & Development Producer.

- Passion for BBC content and operational excellence.
- Understanding of audiences across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Substack).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with collaborative mindset.
- Problem solving and strong IT skills (presentations).
- Attention to detail.
- 18 years old or over by 1 September 2026.
- Live in UK continuously for last 3 years.
- Legally eligible to work full‑time UK for 13 months.
- No simultaneous apprenticeship with BBC or another organisation.
- Non‑graduate; if degree apply elsewhere.
- For under 19: Maths & English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent, or Functional Skills Level 2.
Apprentice role – no CV or cover letter required. Create a candidate profile, answer simple questions and submit. If eligible, you will receive a fixed‑term contract lasting 13 months.
