Eligibility Criteria

• 18 years old or over by 1 September 2026.
• Live in UK continuously for last 3 years.
• Legally eligible to work full‑time UK for 13 months.
• No simultaneous apprenticeship with BBC or another organisation.
• Non‑graduate; if degree apply elsewhere.
• For under 19: Maths & English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent, or Functional Skills Level 2.
