Job description

We have a job opportunity for a content creator working for the largest communications agency in the East.

Role

The Content Creator at OneAgency will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring visual content across a range of digital channels. The content creator will ensure the digital presence supports and enhances the business offering and delivers messages effectively. Whether for our clients, or for OneAgency’s own promotional requirements, the role will work across a range of projects in the organisation and therefore effective working relationships will need to be formed with various internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Create inspirational, informative and engaging visual content across various media formats (social, video, graphics).
  • Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content.
  • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital/social marketing trends.
  • Attend events and shoots and capture and edit footage using the most efficient editing platforms and apps.
  • Create graphics and edit photography, working closely with the wider creative and videography teams in the process, to gain and implement feedback.
  • Working with pre-set brand guidelines for some creative work, ensuring the guidelines are followed and the creative work presented meets the brand guidelines where applicable.
  • Filing work using the set filing structure for creative work, to aid housekeeping and management of files, ensuring easy access and location of files for other team members.
  • Regular communication and team work with the production and client services teams, to receive briefs, obtaining and implementing feedback, attending brainstorming sessions and briefing meetings.
  • Regular communication with the production manager to provide updates of workflow, workload to help support resource management and utilisation.
  • Accurate timekeeping and recording of timesheets on a daily basis using the current timekeeping system.
  • Proof-reading of own work, where applicable, before it is presented back to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Confident with videography and professional photography and editing techniques
  • Experienced and confident shootting photography and videography with an iPhone.
  • Good familiarity and experience with social media trends and content formats
  • Self motivated, organised and proactive
  • Able to work independently and follow creative direction.
Preferred
  • Full driving licence
  • Animation of visual elements experience
Contract terms

Flexible options for full time/part time. A three-month probationary period will apply.
