Join Our Team as Lead Business Finance Controller. Are you ready to embark on a career that blends strategic leadership, financial expertise, and innovation? Schindler UK & Ireland is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Lead Business Finance Controller to join us on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. Based at our Addlestone Office with hybrid working, you’ll drive excellence and transformation within our finance operations. This is a full-time role working Monday through to Friday, 37 hours a week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the business P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and maximising cash flow.
• Lead month-end processes, ensuring accurate financial records and fostering transparency for audits.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic insights and drive profitability improvements.
• Develop relationships with customers to negotiate and drive commercial success.
• Support continuous improvement in finance processes and operational excellence.

• A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA) with 7+ years of experience.
• Expertise in financial controlling, management, and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience in SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in construction, services, or related fields.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
