We are currently piloting Magic Notes, an AI productivity tool designed to reduce time spent on admin tasks, allowing you more time to provide frontline care and support. It is anticipated this will be rolled out to our social work teams.

To join us, you will need to have

  • degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • successfully completed your ASYE, or the Children’s Workforce Development Council's Newly Qualified Social Worker programme,and have at least 1 year’s post qualifying experience (we cannot accept applications for ASYE at the current time)
  • registration with Social Work England
  • a UK Driving licence & suitably insured vehicle

Plus MRS £6,000 and welcome & retention payments (subject to annual review)
