Job summary
A luxury coastal hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join their Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experiences from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive approach under pressure. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential. The position offers a chance to be part of a dedicated team in a luxurious environment focused on genuine hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Professional telephone manner is essential.
- Basic IT proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
