Job summary
A leading Facilities Management provider in Oxford is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment and new-build projects within the MOD Estate. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing site operations, ensuring safety, and coordinating subcontractors. The candidate should hold relevant construction qualifications and possess strong communication and leadership skills. - Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment and/or new-build projects.
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and site health & safety management.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe working practices.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and construction teams.
- Oversee refurbishment and new-build works to ensure delivery within programme, budget, and specification.
